Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return and exchange process. It is most important that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. Ask the freight carrier for a copy of the delivery receipt. Record the freight company's name and tracking number so we may track the order. It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all pieces accounted for before you sign.

  • If the product is damaged in shipping, you may choose to refuse the delivery. If you choose to refuse the delivery, you must note the damages on the delivery receipt. If only part of an item is damaged, you may accept the order, note the damages, and contact us. We may be able to replace damaged pieces.
  • If there was an error on our part, please call us within 15 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or any replacement parts.

  • You may return an item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
    All returned items must be in new, unused condition and packaged in the original packaging. All product parts, instruction manuals, cards etc. must be returned to receive your full credit. If any of the above is not included you may incur an additional restocking charge between 15-20%. Please be aware from our experience that ceramic/terracotta products can arrive broken after packaging has been opened. So please make sure repackage the product so damages will not occur.

All products properly returned under these policies are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees. If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. Please contact our Customer Service for further instructions on how to process your return. You can also simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Mysolar4less.com offers free shipping to the continuous continental United Kingdom.
Anywhere outside of the United Kingdom will have shipping/handling added.
